HEAL helps therapists to create more meaningful connections with clients from diverse backgrounds. Through personalized feedback on client sessions and guided self-reflection prompts, HEAL supports therapists in their growth journey—ultimately helping every client feel truly seen, heard, and understood in their unique cultural context.

When clients share their authentic selves in therapy, cultural misunderstandings and the therapist’s lack of awareness can easily get in the way. This creates barriers that prevent the deep, trusting connections that make therapy truly effective.
HEAL combines AI-powered analysis and research-backed multicultural frameworks into a clean and intuitive tool for therapists. By uploading session recordings, therapists receive feedback and insights that help therapists identify where cultural nuances may have been overlooked.
